Searching for volunteers at the OHGS
The Ottawa Home & Garden Show will take place at the EY Centre,
4899 Uplands Drive, Ottawa, on March 25 – 28, 2016.
Volunteers are needed for both the LO Garden during the show – particularly
morning and evening shifts – and to assist with the teardown as well. Times
are flexible, as are days, and you are encouraged to volunteer for more than
one shift. Please follow these links to volunteer for the LO Garden (March
25 – 28) or teardown (March 28 – 29).
“Living Landscapes” is the garden area being presented by Landscape
Ontario, Marketplace Events and Expo Media. The garden area encompasses
30,000 sq. ft. and features 11 gardens designed and built by members for the
Eastern Ontario Chapters of Landscape Ontario. “The Garden of Knowledge –
Choose Your Path” is the feature garden presented by Landscape Ontario.
By design the garden is an inviting, open, park-like space where one can sit
and contemplate the messages being presented.
