Clarity For The
Boss is a gathering place for you to explore the mysteries, challenges
and solutions to the journey of being ‘the Boss’. We hope you engage
with us and your peers regularly – use our Club House Forum to ask
questions, make suggestions, listen and learn.
We know you are doing your best as ‘the Boss’, and we know it can be
lonely at the top. We’re here to keep you company, and help you improve
your self, your people and your business.
One great way to
realize that you’re not alone on this journey, is to grab your copy of
our
ebook: Clarity For The Boss, An Unexpected Road To Entrepreneurial
Sanity – and see for yourself how our THINK Training approach can make a
huge, and rapid impact on your people and their performance.
Clarity
For The Boss is all about providing simple tools and engaging solutions
to narrow the gap between how your staff are currently performing, and
how you WISH they were doing their job, speaking to each other and
behaving at work.
Please use our FREE Clarity Samplers – access them by logging
in, and clicking on the ‘test drive’ yellow car icon in the Clarity
Club.
The Clarity Club Samplers offer more than 20 downloadable
pdf’s that you can start using right away in your business. Our Clarity
Samplers will encourage different thinking, and will help you to unlock
the best in your people.
Check out the benefits of our Presidents Club. The President’s Club
program will cost your business less than the average disengaged
employee’s paycheque – and gives YOU a full 26 lesson, step by step
online program to work on over the course of the next year. You control
how and when you work on your ‘boss’ skills – bit by bit, when YOU can
make the time to work ON your business rather than just in it.
The Presidents Club THINK Training program is designed to engage
your WHOLE team, improve your skills as ‘the Boss’, and fix the top
three causes of employee/boss disconnects: communication, accountability
and problem solving.
