Landscape Ontario is making a real difference through a range of projects to attract more people to the green profession.

LO’s workforce development efforts:

• Earn while you learn. Landscape Ontario helps you and your talent take advantage of apprenticeship dollars. Employees get paid training and employers can receive government grants and tax incentives to have their staff enrolled in the apprenticeship program.
• Close connections with schools build pathways to your company.
• LO’s scholarship program awards up to $50,000 annually.
• Benefit from government relations to connect with agencies and build the industry workforce.
• landscape.jobs
LO provides this free employment site for Canada’s green trades.

LO has shaped my professional development in business over the years — I welcome the opportunity to do the same for others launching horticultural careers.
