EMPLOYERS

Do you have talented employees?

Want to grow their skill sets?

Apprenticeship is an excellent way to show

how much you value them in a way
that rewards you both!

The Horticultural Apprenticeship Program is an education and training pathway that develops your team from the ground up, supporting career advancement.

Invest in your team now and reap the profits:

  • Training your crew to meet and surpass industry standards helps you retain highly skilled talent, making your company more profitable.

  • Staff who feel employers care about their future are happier and more loyal, making them more productive, making your company more profitable

  • Apprentices acquire knowledge both on-the-job and through technical training in-class, providing them with new knowledge and innovative ideas, keeping you up to date on the latest treads, making your company more profitable

  • And…eligible employers could receive up to $13,000 in financial incentive for supporting apprentices along their journey.
